Who we are
Press and Grow ("we", "us") is a paid-media agency operated by Ron Rahamim. We plan and run advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients. This policy covers the internal tools we use to do that work (the "Tools"). The Tools are not offered to the public and have no users outside our own team.
What the Tools do
The Tools connect to advertising and analytics platforms, through accounts our clients have authorized us to manage, in order to build, monitor and report on campaigns. They also read the email requests our clients send us, so that campaign work can be based on the exact instructions we received.
Information we access
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Marketing API — campaign structure, budgets, schedules, targeting settings, creatives and aggregated performance metrics in ad accounts and Pages we are authorized to manage.
- Google Ads API — the same kinds of campaign settings and aggregated performance metrics, in Google Ads accounts linked to our manager account.
- Google Analytics Data API — aggregated website reports (for example sessions and conversions) for properties whose owners have granted us access.
- Gmail API — messages in our own agency mailbox, used to read campaign requests from our clients. The Tools may also apply labels to those messages, to track which requests have been handled, and prepare draft replies that a member of our team reviews and sends personally. The Tools do not delete email, and we do not access any mailbox other than our own.
When a new request arrives, a short summary of it (the sender, the subject and what is being asked, never the full message) is sent to our own team's private messaging channel as a notification.
We do not collect personal information about the people who see or click on ads. Performance data is aggregated by the platforms before we receive it.
How we use it
Only to manage and report on our clients' campaigns and to act on their requests. We do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone other than the client it belongs to, and we do not use it for advertising profiles or to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Google user data
Press and Grow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Access credentials are stored on our own systems, are never shared, and are restricted to our team. Reports and email content are kept only as long as the related campaign work requires.
Your choices
A client can revoke our access at any time from the platform itself (Meta Business Settings, Google Ads account access, Google Analytics property access). To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
